Payments
Once you have made your order you can choose to pay in cash or by bank transfer. Payments made by bank transfer take a few days before they appear on our account. The slowest way of paying your order is to pay in cash, this is also the least secure way of paying. If you prefer to send us cash it would be wise to send it by registered mail.

When you decide to register at the Kannabia Seed Company website you can keep track of the status of orders you have just made. You need a valid e-mail address to activate your registration. Once you have registered at our website you can decide at any time to unregister your account, when you choose to do this we will delete your data from our computer.
Return Policy
Before selling our seeds to you we would like to clarify a few points to be considered regarding the return policy for seeds:
Kannabia Seeds guarantees the quality of its seeds offering a 90% warranty for their genetics. We completely trust the effectiveness of our product, but we are aware that we work with organic products and due to their nature we can´t take 100% responsibility of its use and maintenance, as well as the preservation and germination processes carried on by the client.
Our seed stock is strictly controlled and renewed quickly and constantly, always respecting the time necessary to cure the seeds. Kannabia Seeds makes periodic germination tests launching to the market only the results with a 100% warranty. However, we would like to stress again that we work with alive products, and therefore it´s impossible to warranty their germination power in a 100%.
Cannabis Sativo Seeds can only be germinated in determined countries which allow this process and under the conditions authorized by law. It is under the client´s responsibility to be informed about the law in his/her country to act according to it.
Kannabia Seeds won`t take responsibility under any circumstances of those goods confiscated by Customs or similar entities. Contact with the corresponding organizations in your country for more information.
Kannabia Seeds is not liable for the illegal use that third parties may make of our products.
In case of defective product returns:
1.-Complaints about germination problems will be admitted once the ungerminated seeds or proofs about them (detailed information, photos, purchase receipt…) have been submitted.
2.- Returns will only be accepted within three months from the invoice date.
3.- Those products with open or unjustifiedly manipulated packaging won´t be admitted in return.
4.-Kannabia Seeds won´t refund any delivery expenses related to returns, excepting those products defective in origin or sent by our specific mistake. In this case, the product will be replaced by the same one.
5.-Purchase receipt will be always and compulsorily requested for returns.
Claims We only accept in seeds that are fully paid-settled.
Claims and complaints won´t be accepted under any circumstances in the following two cases:
1.- Claims on our 2nd generation autoflowering seeds ( excluding Gnomo and Flash-1st generation) because of late flowering processes. We recommend you to check growing advises in www.kannabia.es.
2.- Complaints about seeds without evidence to prove it.
Before making a claim, we advise our clients to send any technical questions and doubts to pato@kannabia.es , from here they will be individually attended.
To handle a return, our return questionnaire must be filled out and submitted, together with the ungerminated seeds in their original packaging and the purchase receipt.
